CAD Drawings
Backyard Tent & Event has a great tool for planning your next event. Provide us with the dimensions of your room, tent, or space and we can create a virtual model complete with tables, chairs, staging, dance floor, and any number of accessories to complete your event. Charges may apply, depending on scope of project.
Site Inspection
Tenting adds a new dimension to your event. To insure you reserve the best for your space and needs, Backyard Tent & Event offers a complimentary site visit at your event location. This not only ensures that you get exactly what you want, but it helps our crew become familiar with the area and terrain and make note of the proper equipment needed for the job site and structure.
Delivery
&
PICK-UP
Backyard Tent & Event currently offers standard delivery and pickup Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm and Saturday, 10am-2pm. Requests for Sunday, after hours or specific delivery times can be scheduled at an additional cost. Added travel fees may apply depending on event location. Contact us with questions about delivery and pricing.
Upon delivery and pickup, our team can setup & breakdown tables and chairs for you. Pricing for this service starts at $1/chair and $6/table. This service must be arranged prior to your delivery day to ensure ample time is built into our team’s schedule.
Will Call
Backyard Tent & Event Rentals is open for Will Call pickup and return 5 days a week. Weekend/Holiday service by request. Our will call department is open during regular business hours and ready to serve you. Our skilled and friendly staff will help load and unload your order at the time of pickup and drop off
